The Little Bear is right on the small and quiet square of the Winegrowers (place des Vignerons) and has two independent entrances. It is accessible by 3 steps on the front or from the side by a small paved ramp.
Although not fully meeting the standards of handicaped access with use of an autonomous wheelchair, this apartment was designed to facilitate the stay of people who have difficulty climbing stairs: no step inside the apartment, large walk-in shower.
This very new apartment meets high level equipment standards as most of our other holiday apartments (see list further down for precise details). Nevertheless, as the Little Bear is very well and naturally protected from the heat due to its location within the house we have chosen not to install airconditioning.
The former main entrance hall is now organized as a dining room in a kind of winter garden.

Important - our rental policy for the high season
(May-October and December)
Our holiday homes are preferably rented by the week (7 nights or more).
Arrival / departure days are flexible but should not generate any gap of 1-2 nights standing alone on the planning.
We accept shorter stays for the high season (3-6 nights) when the requested dates adjust / match exactly an existing booking without generating a gap (see availability calendar).
Highlight your nights on the calendar (Do not highlight the check-out date since this would add an extra night to your booking). Continue to see the rates. Our booking engine will automatically quote the best rates available according to season and length of stay. Select your options. Continue to make your booking
